General Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

 

INITIAL DEPOSIT: The initial booking deposit is due immediately by credit card to confirm your reservation. If you prefer to pay by personal check or money order, please be sure to mail your deposit payment so that it will reach us within 7 days, or Anini Aloha will cancel your reservation.

PAYMENT: Full/balance payment is due no later than 90 days prior to check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover or personal checks. If a reservation is made within 30 days of the reservation check-in date, full payment is required by credit card, wire transfer, certified check, or money order. Reservations not paid in full by the final balance due date are subject to cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: For cancellation requests received at least 90 days prior to your contracted check-in date, your deposit will be refunded, less a $250.00 processing fee, unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement. For cancellations within 90 days of your contracted reservation check-in date, the full amount of rent, taxes and fees will be forfeited, unless dates can be rebooked (subject to a 10-20% rebooking fee). Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property or inclement weather during your stay will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement. We strongly suggest the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforseen circumstances.

SECURITY DEPOSITS:The security deposit is held in our Trust Account. The amount of the security deposit varies by property and depends on your length of stay. The return of your security deposit can take anywhere from 30 to 60 days from checkout date. You will receive a full refund, less any offsets due to loss or damage to the rental property. Any unpaid fees or additional expenses for telephone long-distance charges can also be deducted from your security deposit. This may include damaged or missing internet modems; excessive laundry/cleaning charges or fees for rearranging moved furniture; loss of rental unit keys; garage door openers; replacement of missing items; excessive soiling of linens, carpets, towels; misuse of items belonging to the property and late check-out fees (a late checkout can incur a charge of 1 full night rent and taxes).

Guests are liable to pay any additional costs beyond the security deposit for loss or damages to restore property condition to original state.

 

GENERAL RULES

NO SMOKING WITHIN THE HOME.

NO SHOES TO BE WORN WITHIN THE HOME.

ONLY MEMBERS OF THE RENTAL PARTY

FURNITURE is not to be moved within or from the home.

NO PARTIES/FUNCTIONS within the rental property.

NO ANIMALS/PETS allowed in the home or on the property.

CHANGES: The booking agent must be notified of any changes as soon as possible for which there may be a service charge for each accepted change to the reservation.

CHECK-IN TIME: After 3:00 p.m.  CHECK-OUT TIME: By 10:00 a.m. (unless otherwise noted)
